What if I need an urgent appointment and my doctor doesn’t have an opening right away?

We have 3 qualified physician assistants that can treat, diagnose, and prescribe – so you are in good hands if we can fit you in sooner with one of them.

 

Can I pay my balance online?

You sure can – please visit the “Make a Payment” option under Patient Resources in our main menu. You will just need the account number from your statement along with the access code and the patient’s date of birth to complete the payment. You can also call the billing office at 503-419-6252 or the office at 503-297-3440 to make your payment.

 

What are the prices of filler and Botox?

We recommend scheduling a complimentary 45 min consult with one of our Cosmetic Providers to discuss any areas of concern or corrections you are interested in. Our 3 Cosmetic Providers are all very talented, knowledgeable, and experienced and will be able to assist you with pricing and setting up a treatment plan to accomplish your goals within this consult.

 

How can I purchase the products I need if I work during the same hours the office is open?

We have an online store where you can create an account and log in to make your purchases of products or cosmetic treatments. By using our online store you receive points with each purchase based on the dollar amount spent, these points can be used toward your next purchase of products or treatments. Please visit our store by clicking on the “Shop” section of our main menu.

 

Can I see my visit instructions, ask questions of my provider, and update my medications online?

All of this can be done by clicking on the Patient Login button in the upper right corner of the home page. You will be given directions to sign up for your Modernizing Medicine Portal which will give you access to your chart and allow you to accomplish each one of these things!
